Mint Ice Cream Brownie Dessert
Ingredients:
- brownie mix for a 9 x 9 inch pan - 1 box
- mint ice cream - 1 1/2 quart
- hot fudge ice cream topping - 1 - 1/2 cups
- Cool Whip, thawed - 8 ounces
- Andes Mint chips, mini chocoalte chips, chocolate pearls, etc - garnish
Instructions:
Prepare brownie mix as per directions on box. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 20 - 25 minutes. (If a thicker brownie layer is desired, you will need a brownie mix for a 9 x 13 inch pan.) Cool completely. Soften ice cream and spread over brownie layer. Cover, place in freezer to refreeze. Warm fudge topping, spread over ice cream, return to freezer and freeze. Cover top with Cool Whip, garnish with Andes Mints, mini chocolate chips, chocolate pearls, chocolate curls, etc. Place in freezer for 3 hours before serving.
