1 1/2 c milk
2 T instant coffee granules
1 pkg (1.4 oz) chocolate pudding
2 c cool whip
Whisk milk and coffee together til granules are dissolved. Whisk in pudding mix until blended. Let stand until thickened. Fold in 1 cup cool whip. Pour into 4 dessert dishes. Top with remaining cool whip and chocolate shavings.
