20 Oreos, divided
2 T butter, melted
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c sour cream
1 t vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 ounces semisweet chocolate
2 ounces white chocolate
Roughly chop 8 Oreo’s and set aside.
Finely crush 12 Oreo’s and combine with melted butter. Firmly press mixture into 8×8 inch pan lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking oil. Bake at 325 degrees for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add sour cream and vanilla, mix to combine. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition. Gently fold in the chopped cookie pieces and pour batter into the prepared crust.
Place in oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the center is almost completely set. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 2 hours.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until completely cooled, at least 2 hours. When chilled, cut into bite-sized pieces. Melt the semi sweet chocolate and 1 t of vegetable shortening, stir to combine and drizzle over the cheesecake. Repeat with the white chocolate and 1 t vegetable.
Chill the bars until ready to serve
