1 1/4 c Bisquick
1 c milk
1/2 c butter, melted
1/4 t nutmeg
1/2 t cinnamon
In a bowl whisk all ingredients together, pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Prepare filling–
30 ounce can peaches in syrup, drained
1/4 c sugar
Mix together and place on top of batter.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle on topping–
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c sliced almonds
1/2 t cinnamon
1 T melted butter
In a bowl mix all ingredients together; sprinkle over filling. Return cobbler to oven and bake another 10 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
