Peanut Butter Cup Lasagna
Ingredients:
- cream cheese, softened - 16 ounces
- peanut butter - 1 1/2 cups
- powdered sugar - 1 cup
- heavy cream - 1 cup
- vanilla - 1 t
- whipped topping, thawed - 16 ounces
- chocolate graham crackers - 14 ounce box
- mini Reese's cups, chopped - 12 ounce bag
- cocktail peanuts, chopped - 3/4 cup
- chocolate chips - 1 cup
- heavy cream - 1/3 cup
- whipped topping, thawed - 8 ounces
Instructions:
Cream together the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, 1 cup heavy cream and vanilla. Mixture will be thick. Add 16 ounces whipped topping, mix until light and fluffy.
Place a layer of graham crackers in a 10 x 15 inch dish. Spread with 1/3 cream cheese mixture, 1/2 of the candy and 1/2 of peanuts, layer graham crackers, 1/3 cream cheese mixture, layer of graham crackers, remaining 1/3 cream cheese mixture. Spread 8 ounces of whipped topping over top. Sprinkle top with remaining candy and peanuts. Melt together chocolate and 1/3 cup heavy cream, stir until smooth. DO NOT get to hot.
Drizzle melted chocolate over top. Place in refrigerator for 4 - 6 hours.
