angel food cake mix (just the contents of the box)
20 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice.
In a bowl combine, using a spoon mix ingredients together, mixture will be airy and fluffy.
Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
If desired spread Cool Whip over cake, sprinkle coconut over cool whip. Decorate with maraschino cherries.
