2½ c graham crumbs
½ c margarine
Melt margarine, mix in crumbs. Press ⅔ of mixture firmly into an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan and bake at 300 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Place on wire rack to cool. Prepare middle layer —
2 c powdered sugar
½ c margarine
½ c cream cheese OR 2 eggs
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine together; spread over cooled crust.
1 c whipped cream
1 large can pineapple, drained
Whip the cream, fold in drained pineapple. topping over cream cheese mixture and sprinkle the rest of the crumb mixture over top.
Place in refrigerator overnight for best results.
