Pineapple Soufflé
Ingredients:
- eggs - 3
- flour - 2 T
- sugar - 1 1/2 cups
- crushed pineapple, well drained - 20 ounce can
- butter - 1 cup
- white bread with crust, cut into cubes - 5 slices
Instructions:
In a bowl, beat together eggs, sugar and flour. Fold in pineapple; set aside.
In a skillet, melt butter add bread cubes, stir until bread is well coated and all the butter is soaked into the bread.
With a spoon, stir bread cubes into egg mixture. Pour mixture into a baking or soufflé dish.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 - 55 minutes, until top is browned and soufflé is set.
