Pineapple Whip
Ingredients:
- fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, chopped - 1 (6 1/2 - 7 c)
- almond milk - 1 c
- honey - 1 T
Instructions:
Freeze the pineapple chunks. Place the pineapple in a food processor and pulverize into an ice cream consistency. Add milk and honey, blend until you get a frozen sorbet texture. Spoon into individual serving dishes, serve immediately.
