Pumpkin Crunch Dessert
Ingredients:
- yellow cake mix - 1 box
- pumpkin puree - 15 ounce can
- evaporated milk - 12 ounce can
- eggs - 3
- sugar - 1 1/2 cups
- cinnamon - 1 t
- salt - 1/2 t
- chopped pecans - 1 1/2 cups
- butter, melted - 1 cup
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Pour mixture into greased a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle DRY cake mix over pumpkin mixture and sprinkle pecans over top. Drizzle melted butter over pecans. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50 - 55 minutes. If desired serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
