Sand Pudding
Ingredients:
- vanilla wafers - 1 box
- Oreo cookies - 3 - 4
- cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces
- butter - 1/4 cup
- powdered sugar - 2/3 cup
- French Vanilla pudding - 2 small packages
- milk - 2 3/4 cups
- Cool Whip, thawed - 12 ounces
Instructions:
In a food processor crush Oreos and wafers into fine granules. In a bowl, cream together cheese, butter and powdered sugar. In a second bowl, mix together pudding and milk, add to cream cheese mixture. Fold in cool whip. Layer into buckets with sand, pudding, sand etc.
This looks cute served in colorful plastic buckets and served with little shovels. (found in the toy department)
