Snickers Peanut Butter Brownie Dessert
Ingredients:
- brownie mix plus ingredients listed on box - 1 box
- milk - 1/4 cup
- cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- peanut butter - 1 1/2 cup
- Cool Whip, thawed - 8 ounces
- chocolate ice cream syrup - 20 ounce bottle
- caramel ice cream syrup - 20 ounce bottle
- mini snickers, chopped, divided - 11.5 ounce bag
Instructions:
Prepare brownie mix per instructions on box. Bake in two greased 8 inch springform pans, line the bottom of the pans with parchment paper. Bake at temperature on box, bake for 20 minutes. Cool completely.
In a bowl, combine milk, cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter, mix thoroughly; fold in Cool Whip.
Line the sides of springform pan with parchment paper. Paper should stick above the top edge of the pan. For easy removal, cut a circle of parchment paper for the bottom of the pan.
Place one brownie layer in the bottom of pan. Spread 1/2 c caramel sauce and 1/2 c chocolate sauce over brownie. Layer with 1/3 of the snickers, 1/2 cream cheese mixture, add second brownie, 1/2 c caramel, 1/2 c chocolate, 1/3 of the snickers, top with remaining cream cheese mixture. Place in freezer to completely freeze.
To serve remove sides of the pan, place brownie on a serving plate. Top with additional caramel sauce and chocolate sauce, let sauce drizzle down the side of cake. Cover with remaining snickers; drizzle caramel and chocolate syrup over snickers.
