Spumoni Sundae
Ingredients:
- mini Hershey Kisses - 8 ounces
- Nutella - 1 cup
- heavy cream - 3/4 cup
- frozen pitted cherries - 4 cups
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- amaretto - 2 T
- vanilla gelato - 1 pint
- pistachio gelato - 1 pint
- whipped cream -
- crushed pistachios - 1 cup
Instructions:
Melt together Hershey kisses, Nutella and cream, stir until smooth and blended. In a saucepan combine cherries, sugar and 1 cup water, cook and stir on low heat until cherries are soft and sugar is dissolved. Stir in amaretto. Line individual dishes with chocolate mixture, add 1 scoop vanilla gelato, 1 scoop pistachio gelato. Top with cherries, whipped cream and pistachios.
