Strawberry Pizza
Ingredients:
- ready to bake sugar cookie dough (24 individual cookies) - 16 ounce package
- cream cheese, room temperature - 8 ounces
- marshmallow creme - 7 ounce jar
- strawberry glaze - 16 ounces
- fresh strawberries, sliced in half - 13 ounce carton
Instructions:
Place cookie dough in a 12-14 round pan. Press dough together to form a pizza crust.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 - 18 minutes or until golden brown. Let crust cool completely.
Beat together cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over crust within 1/2 inch from edge. Spread glaze over cream cheese, arrange strawberries over top. Slice and serve. Store covered in the refrigerator.
