Baked Reuben Dip
Ingredients:
- cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces
- sour cream - 1/2 cup
- sauerkraut, drained, chopped - 8 ounce can
- deli sliced corned beef, finely chopped - 1/2 pound
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 cup
- finely chopped onion - 1 T
- ketchup - 1 T
- spicy brown mustard - 1 T
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 25 - 30 minutes. If desired sprinkle caraway seed over top.
Serve warm with rye crackers, bread, etc.
