BLT Dip
Ingredients:
- cream cheese, room temperature - 16 ounces
- sour cream - 1 cup
- bacon, cooked crumbled, divided - 1 pound
- shredded mozzarella - 1 cup
- parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
- tomatoes, diced -
- chopped lettuce -
Instructions:
In a bowl, blend together cream cheese and sour cream, add 1/3 cup crumbled bacon, mozzarella and parmesan. Place in a greased casserole dish. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Top with remaining crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes and lettuce. Sprinkle salt and pepper over tomatoes. Serve warm with toasted rounds, crackers, pita chips, etc.
