Broccoli Parmesan Dip
Ingredients:
- olive oil - 2 t
- Panko - 1/4 c
- cream cheese, room temperature - 8 ounces
- fresh broccoli florets - 2 1/2 c
- shredded cheddar cheese, divided - 3/4 c
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan - 1/4 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- Emeril's Essence Creole Seasoning - 1 T
- garlic powder - 1/2 t
- onion powder - 1/2 t
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper - to desired taste
Instructions:
In a skillet over medium high heat olive oil. Add Panko and cook, stirring, until browned and toasted; set aside. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, broccoli, 1/2 c cheddar cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, milk, creole seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder; season with salt and pepper. Spread broccoli mixture into a lightly greased 9 inch baking dish; sprinkle with 1/4 c cheddar cheese. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Serve immediately, if desired sprinkle with Panko. Serve with baguettes, crackers, etc.
