Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
- shredded rotisserie chicken, cooked - 3 c
- sour cream - 8 ounces
- cream cheese, softened - 16 ounces
- shredded Mozzarella - 1 c
- shredded Monterrey Jack cheesse - 1 c plus extra for topping
- red hot sauce - 1/2 c
- beer - 2/3 c
- blue cheese crumbles - 1/2 c
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together sour cream, cream cheese, Mozzarella, Monterrey, hot sauce and beer blend well, stir in chicken. Pour into a greased baking dish and sprinkle extra Monterrey Jack and blue cheese over top.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly. Serve hot with chips, crackers, baguettes, toasted bread, pretzels, etc
