Cheeseburger Dip
Ingredients:
- ground turkey - 1 pound
- Hellmann’s Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- cream cheese, room temperature - 4 ounces
- grated jack cheese - 1 cup
- grated sharp cheddar cheese - 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
- onion, diced - 1
- garlic, minced - 1 clove
- black pepper - 2 tsp
- creole seasoning - 2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- onion powder - 1 tsp
- cayenne pepper - pinch
- extra virgin olive oil - 2 T
- green onion and minced parsley - garnish
Instructions:
In a small dish, mix together, pepper, creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne; set aside. Reserve 1 tsp seasoning blend for the vegetables.
In a skillet, heat 2 T olive oil over medium heat, add onions, saute for about 5 minutes, season with 1 tsp seasoning blend, mix well. Add garlic, cook for another minute. Add ground turkey, remaining seasons and cook for 10 minutes, crumble meat as it cooks. Remove from heat, place mixture in a bowl to slightly cool. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise and cheeses to meat; mix well. Place in a greased casserole dish.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Place under the broiler for about 5 minutes. Remove from oven, garnish with green onion and parsley. Serve hot with toasted baguettes, crackers, etc.
