Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
- cream cheese - 8 ounces
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- garlic salt - 1/8 t
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- cooked chicken, shredded - 8 ounces
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
Instructions:
Cream together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic. Add pecans and chicken and spread mixture in the bottom of a small baking dish.
Top with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes until lightly browned and warmed. Serve warm.
