Chicken Tortilla Dip
Ingredients:
- chicken, boneless, skinless - 2 - 3
- Rotel - 2 cans
- Bush’s Seasoned Black Beans - 2 cans
- chunky salsa - 1 jar
- corn (drained) - 1 can
- shredded cheese (your choice of cheese) - to taste
- sour cream - to taste
- Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips -
Instructions:
Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Add Rotel, black beans, corn and salsa over chicken and stir. Cover and cook on LOW for about 8 hours or HIGH for about 5 hours. Remove the cooked chicken and shred into bite size pieces. Return chicken to crockpot and stir.
Place dip into serving bowl; top with shredded cheese and sour cream. Serve with Tostitos Scoops.
