Chocolate Chip Dip
Ingredients:
- butter - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1 1/2 t
- cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- mini chocolate chips -
Instructions:
In a small pan on medium heat melt butter; add brown sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add vanilla; cool.
Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Slowly add the cooled butter mixture and mix. Place in refrigerator and allow to set up. Form into a ball and roll in mini chocolate chips.
Place on serving plate. Serve with Teddy Graham's, fruit, etc.
