Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
- fresh cranberries, chopped - 12 ounce package
- green onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- cilantro, chopped - 1/4 c
- jalapeno pepper, chopped (optional) - 1 small
- sugar - 1 1/4 c
- cumin - 1/4 t
- lemon juice - 2 T
- salt - dash
Instructions:
In a bowl combine all ingredients, mix well, cover and place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
When read to serve, place 2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese on serving plate, evenly spread cheese on plate. Spread cranberry mixture over cheese.
Serve immediately with Tortilla Chips, Wheat Thins, Ritz Crackers, etc.
