Dill Pickle Dip
Ingredients:
- finely diced kosher dill pickles - 1 1/2 c
- cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces
- garlic powder - 1/4 t
- salt - 1/4 t
- pickle juice - 2 - 4 T
Instructions:
In a bowl combine pickles, cream cheese, garlic powder and salt. Gradually add juice to dipping consistency. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve chilled with bagels, crackers, potato chips, vegetables, etc
