Feta Dip
Ingredients:
- olive oil - 1/3 cup to desired taste
- Roma tomatoes, seeded, diced - 3
- green onions, sliced thin - 4 - 5
- fresh feta cheese, crumbled - 8 ounces
- Greek seasoning - 2 - 3 tsp
- balsamic vinegar - to desired taste
Instructions:
Combine tomatoes, onions, feta and oil. Spread mixture on a large platter, sprinkle Greek seasoning over the top. If desired drizzle a little balsamic vinegar over the top.
Serve with warm sliced baguettes or bagels.
