Ham and Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
- shredded Swiss cheese - 8 ounces
- finely chopped ham - 1 1/2 c
- sliced green onions - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 T
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- spicy brown mustard - 2 T
- caraway seeds, slightly crushed - 1 1/2 t
Instructions:
In bowl stir together cheese, ham, onions and flour. Add mayonnaise, mustard and caraway seeds. Mix until combined. Spread in a 9 inch pie plate.
Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until heated through and bubbly around edges.
Serve warm with crackers.
