Hawaiian Dip
Ingredients:
- cream cheesse, softened - 8 ounces
- sweetened coconut - 2 1/2 c
- pineapple (chunks or crushed) - 20 ounce can
- nuts, chopped - to taste
- cherries, chopped - to taste
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend together. Pour into serving bowl, garnish with nuts and cherries.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with pita crackers, graham crackers, etc.
