Jalapeno Dip
Ingredients:
- cream cheese, softened - 16 ounces
- mayonnaise - 1 cup
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1/2 cup
- canned chopped green chilies - 1/4 cup
- canned diced jalapeno peppers - 1/4 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 1 cup
- panko bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Instructions:
In a bowl, blend together cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheese, green chilies and jalapeno pepper; spread into an ungreased 9 inch pie dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top; top with bread crumbs.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with sweet red and yellow peppers, chips, crackers, etc.
