Ranch Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed - 10 ounce box
- sliced water chestnuts, drained - 8 ounces
- sour cream - 8 ounces
- ranch dressing mix (not dip mix) - 1 packet
Instructions:
Drain spinach, press all water from spinach; place spinach and water chestnuts in a bowl. Add sour cream and ranch mix; stir until thoroughly combined. Cover and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers, chips, vegetables, bread cubes, etc.
