Sausage Cream Cheese
Ingredients:
- hot pork sausage - 1 pound
- cream cheese, softened - 12 ounces
- Rotel tomatoes, undrained - 1 can
Instructions:
In a skillet crumble and brown sausage, drain the grease.
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker on low heat until cheese melts. Stir to combine. Turn slow cooker to warm heat.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, bagels, etc.
