Venison Dip
Ingredients:
- venison - 1 pound
- onion - 1/2 c
- green pepper, diced - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 2 T
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1 pound
- chili without beans - 15 ounce can
- chili sauce - 12 ounce bottle
- garlic salt - 1/2 t
- salt - 1/2 t
- pepper - 1/2 t
- shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
Instructions:
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet fry ground venison, onion and green pepper; drain. Add Velveeta, chili, chili sauce, garlic salt, salt and pepper, stir until cheese is melted. Pour into serving dish.
Sprinkle cheese, onion, green pepper over top. Serve with chips.
