3 ounces cream cheese, soft
2 T sugar
1/2 t vanilla
12 ounce package refrigerated biscuits
1 apple (peeled, chopped into small pieces)
1/4 c pecans, chopped
1 c caramel topping
In a bowl combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
Separate biscuits and flatten each on greased baking sheet.
Spread cream cheese mixture over biscuits.
Top with apples; sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Drizzle topping over pecans.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until biscuits are browned.
