Applesauce Bites
Ingredients:
- Bisquick - 2 cups
- sugar, divided - 3/4 cup
- cinnamon, divided - 3 t
- applesauce - 1/2 cup
- milk - 1/4 cup
- eggs - 1
- oil - 2 T
- butter, melted - 5 T
Instructions:
In a bowl combine Bisquick, 1/4 c sugar and 1 t cinnamon, stir in applesauce, milk, egg and oil until well mixed. Grease muffin pan, fill each well 2/3 full. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 mintues.
In a bowl mix together 1/2 c sugar and 2 t cinnamon. Dip hot bites in melted butter; then into cinnamon sugar mixture.
