Bavarian Cream Filling
Ingredients:
- vanilla OR chocolate instant pudding - 5.1 ounce package
- heavy whipping cream - 2 cups
- milk - 2 - 5 T
Instructions:
With mixer on high speed beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Reduce speed to low, slowly sprinkling in pudding powder, mix until fully incorporated. Add 1 T milk at a time, to reach desired spreading consistency. Add more milk for a thinner, smoother filling.
Great filling for pasties, cupcakes, etc.
Store covered in the refrigerator.
