1 sheet frozen pastry puff sheet, thawed
Unfold and cut pastry sheet in half lengthwise then crosswise into 1-inch-wide strips. Place strips on lightly greased parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Combine 1/2 c sugar and 2 t cinnamon. Remove churros from oven and dip in 1/4 c melted butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Dry on wire rack.
