Crock Pot Pecan Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients:
- refrigerated biscuits - 1 can
- butter, melted - 1/4 cup
- brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- cinnamon - 1 t
- vanilla extract - 1 t
- chopped pecans - to desired amount
- powdered sugar - 1 1/3 cups
- milk - 2 T
Instructions:
Coat the inside of crock pot lightly with cooking spray.
Melt butter and mix in vanilla. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll each biscuit in the butter and then in the brown sugar mixture.
Place biscuits in the crock pot and sprinkle pecans over top.
Cook on low 2 - 3 hrs.
Prepare glaze -- in a bowl, combine powdered sugar and milk, mix together until smooth; pour over warm rolls.
