Funnel Cake Bites
Ingredients:
- milk - 2 cups
- egg - 1
- vanilla - 2 t
- flour - 2 cups
- salt - pinch
- baking soda - 1 t
- sugar - 2 T
- butter, melted - 6 T
Instructions:
Mix together milk, egg, vanilla and butter. Add salt, baking soda and sugar. Slowly add flour until smooth. Pour mixture into a gallon zip lock bag, seal, set aside for a few minutes. Heat vegetable on high for 2 minutes, reduce heat to low medium. (Test oil by placing a small dot of batter in the oil, if it frys up, then oil is ready.) Cut a small corner off the baggie, squeeze small dots into the oil, fry until golden brown, with a fork flip fritters over to fry on the other side until golden brown. Place on paper towels to drain, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
