Nutella Turnovers
Ingredients:
- Puff Pastry (thawed) -
- Nutella -
- miniature marshmallows -
- egg - 1
Instructions:
Cut puff pastry into squares. Spread desired amount of Nutella on pastry square (keeping away from edge of pastry) and place 4 marshmallows on Nutella. Wet edges of puff pastry with water and fold in half to form a triangle. Use a fork and press edges together. Place on foil lined baking sheet. In a bowl whisk 1 egg and 1 T water together and brush on puff pastry. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Variation - Omit Nutella and marshmallows and fill with of your choice of pie filling.
