Baked Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients:
- raw shrimp, deveined and peeled - 1 pound
- cloves garlic, minced - 4
- white wine - 2 T
- salt and pepper - to desired taste
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- Panko bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- fresh Italian-leaf parsley, chopped - 2 T
Instructions:
In a bowl, stir together shrimp, garlic, and white wine. Spread evenly in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
In another bowl, with a fork mix butter, Panko and parsley until well combined. Sprinkle mixture evenly over the shrimp.
Bake in a preheated 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and opaque
