Grilled Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Ingredients:
- bacon - 8 slices
- sea scallops - 8 large
- barbecue sauce, your choice - 1/2 cup
- freshly ground black pepper - 1/4 t
Instructions:
Soak 4 wooden skewers in water. Partially cook bacon, cool slightly. Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each scallop. Place 2 scallops onto each skewer. Grill on medium high heat 7 - 8 minutes or until scallops are done and bacon is crisp, turn frequently and brush with barbecue sauce. Place on serving platter; sprinkle with pepper.
