Italian Shrimp
Ingredients:
- uncooked, peel and eat shrimp (31-40 count), thawed - 2 packages
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- lemons, washed and sliced thin - 2
- Italian Dressing and Seasoning Mix - 1 packet
Instructions:
Lay lemons in 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Peel shrimp, evenly spread uncooked shrimp on top. Pour butter over shrimp. Cover shrimp with Italian seasoning. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. If desired broil for 2 minutes to caramelize the Italian dressing on top.
