Broiled Pineapple

Cut pineapple into spears. In a gallon Ziploc bag combine honey, lime juice and cinnamon. Add pineapple to the marinade, toss to coat the spears. Place in refrigerator, marinade for 30 minutes or over night.
Place oven rack in the top or second from the top position and heat oven broiler on high.
For glaze - melt 1 T butter and stir in 1 T sugar. Place pineapple in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet. Brush all sides of pineapple with the sugar mixture. Broil the pineapple spears until the ends are turning brown and caramelized 8-10 minutes. (Watch carefully so they don't burn.) Serve warm, if desired top with additional cinnamon or honey.
