9 inch pastry shell (your favorite recipe or store purchased)
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 c of sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 c cooked cubed ham
6 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
2 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 small onion diced and saute (until soft)
1 T flour
1/2 t salt
Dash of nutmeg
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c half & half
dash of Worcestershire Sauce
Set aside all three cooked meats. Toss cheeses with flour and salt, set aside.
In a bowl whisk eggs, add half & half, nutmeg and Worcestershire.
Bake pie shell at 450 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven and turn oven to 325 degrees.
Sprinkle onion, bacon, sausage, and ham in bottom of shell. Spread cheese on the meat mixture. Gently pour egg mixture over the top of the quiche, entirely covering the filling mixture.
Bake for 45-60 minutes until set. Cool slightly before cutting so that it can further set
