Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
- stew meat, trimmed, cut into 1 inch cubes - 2 pounds
- mushrooms, sliced - 8 ounces
- onion, diced - 1/2 cup
- Beef Stroganoff Seasoning - 1 package
- water - 1 cup
- sour cream - 1 cup
Instructions:
Place meat, mushrooms and onions in slow cooker. Stir seasoning and water together pour over meat; stir. Cook for 8 hours on low. Stir in sour cream, cover, cook for 10 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles, toast, rice, etc.
