Chicken Taco Melts
Ingredients:
- taco seasoning mix - 1 package
- water - 2/3 cup
- Sriracha sauce - 1/4 cup
- chicken, cooked, shredded - 1 pound
- grands refrigerated biscuits (any variety) - 16.3 ounce can
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Mexican blend - 1 cup
- sour cream - 1 cup
Instructions:
In a saucepan, cook seasoning mix, water, Sriracha and chicken until thickened.
Press each biscuit into 6 inch round. Fill each with chicken mixture and 1 T cheese. Fold dough over filling and press edges together to seal. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 9 - 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with sour cream.
