Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
- cubed steak (cut into 1 inch pieces) - 1 1/2 pounds
- condensed golden mushroom soup - 2 cans
- chopped onion - 1/2 - 1 cup
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 T
- beef broth - 14 ounce can
- salt and pepper - to desired taste
- cream cheese, softened - 4 ounces
- sour cream - 1/2 cup
Instructions:
Place meat and onions in a crock pot. Stir together soup, Worcestershire, broth, salt and pepper, pour over meat, stir.
Cover, cook on low for 5 - 6 hours. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream, cook on low for 10 - 15 minutes.
Serve over cooked noodles, rice, toast, etc.
