Quiche
Ingredients:
- old fashioned oats - 1 1/2 cups
- cottage cheese - 16 ounces
- simply egg whites - 32 ounces
- whole eggs - 6
- milk - 1/2 cup
- shredded cheese, divided, your choice - 1 cup
- turkey bacon, diced - 8
- chopped broccoli - 2 cups
- salt - 1/2 t
- black pepper - 1/2 t
- tomato slices - 15
Instructions:
Spread the oats over the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 inch pan, top with bacon and broccoli.
In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese, egg whites, eggs, milk, 1/2 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into pan, sprinkle on 1/2 cup cheese and top with tomato slices. Serve hot.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30 mins or until egg is firm and cheese is golden brown.
