Ruben Pizza
Ingredients:
- refrigerated pizza dough OR prepare your own - 13.8 ounce tube
- cream cheese, softened - 4 ounces
- condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted - 10 3/4 ounce cab
- Thousand Island dressing - 1/4 cup
- cubed pumpernickel bread - 2 cups
- butter, melted - 2 T
- sliced deli corn beef, coarsely chopped - 1/2 pound
- sauerkraut, rinsed, well drained - 2 cups
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 1/2 cups
Instructions:
Press pizza dough into a greased 15 x 10 inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 425 degrees for 6 - 8 minutes until edges are lightly browned. In a bowl, blend together cream cheese, soup and salad dressing. In a second bowl, toss together bread cubes and butter.
Spread cream cheese mixture over crust, top with corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese. Sprinkle bread cubes over top. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
