Balsamic Steak Kabobs
Ingredients:
- balsamic vinegar - 1/4 cup
- BBQ sauce, your choice - 1/4 cup
- Dijon mustard - 1 t
- sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes - 1 pound
- cherry tomatoes - 2 cups
Instructions:
In a bowl whisk together vinegar, BBQ sauce and mustard. Set aside 1/2 cup of marinade for basting.
Lightly coat grill grates with cooking oil. Thread beef on skewers alternating with tomatoes.
Place skewers on grill over medium heat, cover, grill until beef reaches desired doneness OR broil 4 inches from heat for 6 - 9 minutes. Turn occasionally, baste with reserved marinade during last three minutes of cooking.
