1/2 c Italian dressing
1/2 c BBQ sauce (your choice)
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1 t garlic powder
1/4 t black pepper
Whisk all ingredients together. Put in Ziploc bag, add 2 lbs pork or chicken, marinade for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Turn Ziploc bag a couple of times to distribute marinade. Remove meat from marinade and grill.
